Guide Meet & Greet

Within your first 24 hours, one of our guides meets you for coffee, tea, or an aperitif — depending on the time of day and where you are. Get oriented to your destination, fine-tune your itinerary, and discover what’s possible with a local by your side.

Your guide will share helpful tips, advise on your itinerary, and let you know about additional experiences you can book — none required.

Driving — Countryside & Beyond

Priced by distance

Your guide takes you out of the city — to the countryside, a neighboring village, a vineyard, a coastline. These are immersive day trips with a local who speaks the language, knows the roads, and translates every experience along the way.

Pricing varies by destination, distance, and duration.

Historical & Cultural Walks

A guided walk through your destination city — the history, the architecture, the stories behind the streets. Your guide can also accompany you to museums, exhibitions, or events, helping you get the most out of what you’re seeing with context a guidebook can’t provide.

Dining Companion — Gastronomic

$200 + dining costs

Share a meal at a destination restaurant of your choice — or let us select one based on your preferences. Our sommeliers and guides bring the context and history of the cuisine, the wine knowledge, and the local fluency to create an extraordinary dining experience.

You make the decisions on wine, based on your own budget and the advantage of the expertise at your table.

Expect Michelin-level or rare-gem restaurants in the $300–$400 per person range. The guide’s meal is covered by the guest.

Dining Companion — Lunch, Dinner, or Tapas

$75/hr · 2–3 hours typical

A more casual pace. Lunch with a guide. Dinner with a guide. Tapas with a guide. Your guide brings the local knowledge; you bring your appetite. Meals are paid for by the guest and are not included with the booking.

Bosphorus Meet & Greet

$250 · 2 hours

Your guide meets you at the Karakoy pier. Coffee or tea upstairs at Karakoy, then the ferry across the Bosphorus to the Asian side — where you’ll settle into a cafe of the guide’s choosing. Two continents, two cups of coffee, and the beginning of your orientation to Istanbul.

Includes ferry tickets and coffee/tea on both sides.

What's the difference between pre-built and build-your-own itineraries?

Pre-built itineraries are our curated regional routes (Bordeaux, Loire Valley, Provence, etc.) — tested and refined over years of travel. Build-your-own lets you browse our destination library and create a custom itinerary with exactly what interests you. Both are $79.

How does Concierge Booking work?

After you choose or build your itinerary, we handle all reservations: hotels, restaurants, tastings, trains. We communicate directly with properties (often in French), confirm everything, and deliver a complete trip package. You just show up.

Who is Sebastian?

Sebastian is an AI voice agent fluent in French and English. When you're traveling and hit a language barrier — a pharmacist, a mechanic, a confused hotel clerk — you call Sebastian. He translates in real-time, makes calls on your behalf, and even joins conference calls to bridge conversations between you and French speakers. For complex situations, a human French translator is on standby.

What about destinations outside France?

Each destination has its own concierge. Travel to Turkiye and you have Elif — fluent in Turkish and English. We're building region-specific concierges so you always have a local voice on your side, no matter where you go.

What if I want to upgrade after I've started?

You can upgrade anytime. If you bought Self-Guided and realize you want us to book everything, you pay the difference ($420 to upgrade to Concierge Booking). Same for upgrading to Concierge Complet.

How far in advance should I book?

For Self-Guided, you can purchase anytime. For Concierge Booking, we recommend 60-90 days before travel to secure the best reservations. For Concierge Complet, 30 days is sufficient. For Guided Tours, book 4-6 months ahead — we only take 8 guests per tour.

Meet Esme

Your language teacher, travel companion, and witness to the journey — available 30 days surrounding your trip. Esme speaks French fluently and she'll teach you too.

Before you leave, practice conversational French with her — ordering at a restaurant, asking for directions, greeting your hosts. She's infinitely patient and meets you where you are.

During your trip, she knows your itinerary inside and out. After, she's the one who was there for all of it — helping you process what you experienced and hold onto what it meant.
